DATE SELECTION
The art of Date Selection is based on the desire to do the right thing at the right time.
Date Selection is an integral part of Chinese Metaphysics. In ancient times, it had a mainly strategic use in the Art of War, but also to choose the right time for prayer rituals and harvests. Over time it has been further used for personal events such as moving to a new house, weddings and burials.
Date Selection is based on the cyclical concept of Time and Energy. Energy constantly changes over Time with a fluctuation of positive and negative Energy. Subsequently, each day has a specific Energy. Depending on this Energy, a certain date could be useful for specific activities or events, but not suitable for other activities: it is better to use favorable days and avoid unfavorable ones. Important activities are preferably done when the Energy is beneficial for that specific endeavor to maximize our potential for success.
Today Date Selection is applied to a variety of corporate and personal events:
